You'll also hear from students who think the fight for equality is far from over. "It’s a nice gesture. Yeah, I applaud Northwestern for taking steps forward," says Hayeon Kim, the co-founder of the Immigrant Justice Project at NU. "But for me these steps aren’t real steps unless we work internally too. There are so many things that are part of the college experience that aren't accessible for undocumented students."
