Christianity has been in decline in the West for decades.

In the latest Census, No Religion was the highest selected option of any religious group.

Young Australians are half as likely to be religious as older Australians.

Regular church attendance is at 16% of the population and has dropped 28% in the last 50 years.

What will Christianity look like in the next 50 years?

In Australia, men earn 15.3% more than women which is often termed the Gender Wage Gap.

On this podcast Rubie, Kris and Nick discuss whether the Wage Gap is a result of discrimination and unconscious bias, or more mundane explanations like working different hours, dangerous jobs, and less time out of the workforce.

Is the Wage Gap something we should be fighting to eliminate, or simply evidence that women and men have biological differences?
