Today’s show is quite thought provoking and challenging because I ask a simple question about the Old Lifestyle that is hard to break away from. When are you going to Embrace the New Life in Jesus Christ? Think about it…the New Life in Jesus Christ.

One of the biggest problems in being a Christian is getting rid of the “Old Lifestyle.” It is hard to let go of sinful habits, attitudes, mannerisms, and behaviors that keep us living according to the “standards of the world.” We tend to get distracted and disappointed day after day.

In many cases, by the time we are drawn to accept God’s Way, we have grown so accustomed to the many malfunctions and deficiencies which result from our sinful behavior; that we often fail, resist, give up, or settle for a religious routine. Maybe, that is why holy scripture says, ”Train up a child in the way he should go: And when he is old he will not depart from it (Proverbs 22:6). I mean, is there a break even point or baseline approach for Spiritual Growth and Maturity? I do have a theory about it that I shared years ago with my Spiritual Mother. However, I’m still doing the research on that one!

But, if we learn how to Renew our minds and put on the new regimen, (Ephesians 6:10-18, The Whole Armor of God) and grab new methods, and accept the new responsibility; then the Christian life could be an exciting adventure as you Embrace the New Life in Jesus Christ! Indeed! There are countless blessings and various promises from Almighty God that manifest in the life of the true, faithful Believer who learns to Trust God and his infinite Power.

What did you experience when you first turned your life around and decided to become a real Christian? Can you remember the day when you said, ”Yes to Jesus Christ?” Well, if you’re like me, it probably was a great decision that had you off and running to tell everyone about the Good News! The goodness of the Lord brings joy, peace, direction, and blessings. His promises are true.

However, over time you may run out of gas and get tired. After all, once the trials, tribulations, tests, and temptations come into you surroundings, turning the other cheek can be a hard pill to swallow. We grow tired and weary from the demands and desires to live a holy, righteous lifestyle, and often wish that Satan would just leave us alone. Trust me, I really do understand how hard it can be. I have had my share of disappointments in the Christian community and beyond.

The journey to live according to God’s standards becomes more important once we make up our minds that His Way is the best option to follow. Sin haunts every Believer making the attempt to cause us to fall away from the truth and succumb to fear and failure. But don’t worry.

Because when you learn how to trust in the Lord, the Joy of your Salvation and Sanctification will keep you from giving in and giving over to the standards of this wicked world. Your Spiritual Growth and Maturity will become an important matter of your conscience and awareness in relationships, activities, environments, and experiences. Tonight’s show will encourage you to Restore the Joy of the wonderful life that you embraced when you accepted Jesus Christ.

And, if you are still unsure, make the move and really give God a chance to improve your life. At the end of the program, you’ll get to hear an old gospel tune by Andre Crouch called, “Take Me Back.” Yes, many saints need to go back and remember the time when they first believed. Have you ever wondered what your life would be like if your FATHER was rich? Think about for a minute before we move on. My Father is Rich?? Really? Are you certain? Hmmm…hmmm. Unlike so many other people who are lost in today’s world, having wealth and power is not established by earthly, material gain; but it is found in the vast Riches from God, the Father.

And his riches are available to his children; those who follow Him. The blessing of the Lord, it maketh rich, and he addeth no sorrow with it. You will find that scripture in Proverbs 10:22. That’s right….no sorrow, pain, turmoil, or sadness comes with the Lord’s blessing for riches. Amen!!

So ask yourself this question, Am I a Child of God? Do I consider myself to be a Born Again believer? Am I a Christian, saved by God’s grace and mercy? Do I really identify with the Saints of God; the brethren? Your answer might surprise you, or it may convict you, or it will convince you that there is something missing from your quest and desire to Grow and Mature Spiritually.

The Children of God have access to his riches, right here and right now! The key to experiencing them is found in the precious time and energy you take to develop, cultivate, and build up your own personal relationship with Him. He tells us in his Word, draw near to me and I will draw near to you. That passage of scripture is stated in James 4:7-8. You get what you put into Any known relationship and that’s a fact. Think about it. Just think about it! God’s riches are waiting for you!!

In this program we will present and discuss the Riches of Almighty God that are readily available to his Children. As you listen, I pray that your faith will increase so strongly that you can join me and proclaim, Yes, Indeed! I Am A Child of the King!! May God Bless and Keep You.

Honestly speaking, I really didn’t know that I had any enemies, until they started to reveal themselves. I mean it, and it‘s true! You can go about living your life, minding your own business, helping and influencing others, and not realize that your enemies are out to stop your progress. Your kindness is violated.

Unfortunately, there are some people in your circle of influence or environment who do not like you, your style, your demeanor, or your way of handling problems. Eventually, however they display their true intentions to harm you in some mean-spirited way. Oftentimes, these are folk who are very jealous and envious of you and your personality. Simply put, they hate the way that you carry yourself. Unbeknownst to you…….You are a Threat!?!?!

The question is, What can you do about your enemies? That’s a tough one! But, as we delve into the holy scriptures, God gives his children explicit details on how to maneuver around them and deal with their evil tactics. The Word of God has the answer.

This show will enlighten and encourage you to grow stronger in your faith and recognize that your desire to become spiritually mature will “draw enemies towards you,” because you identify with Jesus Christ. This is a challenge, but you Can overcome it.

As you grow and mature in godliness, you will be honored to suffer for his “Names Sake.” This is a very deep lesson. Take the cues and grow closer to God. May God Bless and Keep You!

When the Lord delivered King David from all of his enemies and the hand of Saul, he wrote a song, Psalm 18. It is complete with 50 verses describing the power, strength, grace, and mercy of God in his life. In the second verse (2), David says “The Lord is my rock, my fortress, my deliverer, my God, my strength, my buckler, the horn of my salvation, and my high tower.”

Who is the Lord God Almighty to you? Think about it long and hard. And, Ask yourself these very important questions. Who is the Lord to Me? What is my standing with God? Who, What, When, Where is God in My Life?

Many people spend their lives going to church, Sunday after Sunday, year after year, and rarely express to others the true meaning of their relationship with God. You must grow and mature spiritually. Then, make the necessary time to be a true disciple and make another disciple; then another disciple, and another disciple, and so on.

As spirit-led and spirit-filled Christians, we should know, believe, and promote the gospel as evidenced by our close encounter and outward expression of the power of God.

Today’s program will encourage you to continue on the straight and narrow path and say it loud, He Is My Everything!!!

The Summer of 2023 is winding down and I hope you have been enjoying yourself. I took a few weeks off to reminisce and be grateful for living my life closer to the one who is the source of everything! Jesus Christ!

That being said, a wonderful thought came to my mind, ”Wow, Bad things have finally Stopped Happening in my Life!! Yaaaaaay! Hallelujah! Thank you, Jesus! Glory to God! Wow! What a rude awakening and blessing! I have the Peace of God…every day!!

I am free; joyful; productive; and mature. So today’s Podcast will encourage you to recognize and realize that there are some distinct features, no clues; no, no, no signs of calmness when bad things stop being a nuisance in your Christian life. Yes, we suffer, and are persecuted, and are attacked by the enemy, but His Grace is Sufficient and God will see you through any and every problem or situation.

You just have to make the decision to keep on growing closer to God. Trust in his Word and Apply the Holy Scriptures to your life. The process for Spiritual Growth and Maturity is a life long course where you can learn, grow, apply, and share with others….”the Goodness of the Lord.“

God expects us to lead men, women, boys, and girls to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ and repeat the process over and over again; thereby “Making Disciples.”

When bad things stop happening in your life, you will serve the Lord more sincerely. Your steps will be ordered to follow His path. Your bright ideas will align directly with scripture. You will know how to hear, listen intently, acknowledge, and obey the VOICE of GOD!

It is a Powerful experience….hearing and obeying the VOICE of GOD! Now remember, He PRIMARILY Speaks through His Word, The Holy Bible.

My goal in this Episode is to get you thinking about where you are in your Spiritual life, in comparison on to where you want to be. Make the decision to follow God with your whole heart.

What does it mean to live “The Good Life?” How does a person know when they are living “The Good Life?” What are the obvious characteristics that are visible when The Good Life is completely surrounding your life? This show will point you in the right direction by addressing God’s Word with clarification and distinction about the wonderful life He has in store for us. We will share with you the answers in our discussion.

We often fail to recognize the magnificent outcomes that emerge when we obey and follow after His righteousness and guidance. The world‘s standards tend to bait us into believing that when we get rich, have all the material goods and services, and develop relationships that we can control and manipulate (subtlety and overtly); we are on our way to “living good.” Not true. That, my friend is a great big fallacy. I used to think that people who had money lived “The Good Life,“ but most of them are miserable and sad. It is a strange phenomenon.

However, as you listen to this program, I pray that you will take the time and opportunity to rethink your, goals, plans, methods, and operations that will lead you to The Good Life. As you invest in your personal relationship with God by growing and maturing Spiritually, I know without a doubt that you will experience, “The Good Life.” It is there waiting for You to accept and embrace.

Let’s have Fun on today’s show by naming, quoting, and memorizing, “Your Happy Birthday Verse.” This is the Bible verse that corresponds with the month and day that you were born. I found this to be a great exercise and strategy to memorize key verses from the Holy Bible to help Believers grow stronger in their faith. Mine is Luke 10:19 which talks about Power; I was born October 19th.

There is a very good reason for hiding the Word of God in your heart, mind, spirit, and soul. It will keep you, bless you, protect you, and deliver you from sin. We are given the specific formula in Psalm 119:9-11. In order to pursue a clean and obedient heart, we Must be able to draw from the Word of God that has been deeply embedded within your mind.

Then, we can use the Power of God’s Word as a Counter Attack AGAINST Satan! The Word, the Holy Scriptures, Bible Verses, the Bible is your Sword. The Offensive Weapon for Spiritual Warfare.

When you begin to study and memorize Key Verses that pertain to your circumstances or problems, you will experience the Peace of God. As you grow to trust Him, the presence of God will begin to encompass your daily journey. Straighten out your life, strengthen your life, stabilize your life as you embrace the process for Spiritual Growth and Maturity. God is Waiting for You to make the commitment to Hear from Him. Be Peaceful. May the Power of God Bless Your Life.

Do you ever stop to ask yourself: Are my actions causing another Christian brother or sister to go astray? I mean, it is obvious and most certain that we all grow and mature in the things of God at different stages. In fact, much of our progress is determined by our level of commitment to Jesus Christ, personal sin and temptations, desire to obey, Convictions, and the application of the Holy Scriptures. However, since we are Free from the bondage of sin and redeemed by the Blood of our risen Lord and Savior, this new life gives us liberty to do, act, be, and choose as we wish.

Over the years, I have watched, learned, and experienced situations that were necessary for me to grow closer to God, despite the attempt to discourage or harm my journey. Sometimes your desire to be used by God is charged with energy or challenged with deception! There are some weak, misguided, hypocritical, untrained folk in the Christian community who Have Not studied the Word of God and can create “Stumbling Blocks,” to your Spiritual Growth and Maturity. Today’s program is a mature discussion about the freedom we have as a new creation in Christ, but we must remember that the weaker Christian brother or sister is watching your every move. The easy goal is to Walk Worthy of this wonderful calling; because we need to Edify and Encourage one another as well as lead people to God

Our behavior should not destroy, pity, demean, or shame the Brethren.” In fact, the entire Book of James is written to teach Practical Christian Living. I encourage you to do a complete study and watch your personal behavior improve to the Glory of God! Look, this is a Deep Subject but worth the attention so that you can continue with the process for Spiritual Growth and Maturity.

Welcome Back to Getting Started With Jesus! The Podcast that is dedicated to teach you the Process for Spiritual Growth and Maturity. I enjoyed my 2 week hiatus as I moved to Charlotte, NC. God is so Good and Wonderful and Mighty and Faithful. He is my Heavenly Father and Loves Me.

Why is it that you’re not receiving His wonderful blessings? Do you know that there are hundreds, no thousands of Promises from God waiting for you? Yes, my friend every thing is waiting for you. Just begin to follow his mandates, commands, instructions, and direction.

However, we tend to forget or ignore Our Part. We must Do and he will Respond. There are many verses in the Holy Bible which say…..”If you do….X, Then God will do….Y.”. That’s right! There are conditions, requirements, prerequisites, and responsibilities that You have to demonstrate. Then God will respond in your favor! I love God’s impact in my personal lifestyle. And, it is Good!

We Need To Know About God’s Promises and Begin to Receive ALL of His Wonderful Blessings! Take out your pen or pencil and jot down the scriptures that we discuss in this Podcast. The Truth of any particular situation often hurts. When faced with hearing the truth, we tend to shun away from the person or people involved with the problem. I am amazed at how many times I ran away from the truth. Yes, whenever we are led to believe in fear; then we can never accept the truth. We might examine the evidence, shake our head, throw up our hands, and start running.

However, the most significant outcome of any “True Event or Issue,” leads us to Change.

We must change, we have to change, and in many cases we are forced to change when the truth is revealed. Tonight’s show is going to help someone. And…It just might be you. I really hope so.

I have learned in my personal walk with God, that the truth really does “MAKE YOU FREE.! Not, “Set you Free,” as it is often misquoted in the Christian community. But, once you embrace the real truth of any circumstance, it Will Make You Free!

What does it mean to have ”An Active Prayer Life?” How does it feel to know that your petitions are being heard and answered by God? Who really intercedes on your behalf to make sure that God is even listening when you pray?

Yes, I know that you have heard this phrase many times, “There is Power in Prayer!” But when there is uncertainty, doubt, wavering faith, and unconfessed sin, your prayers will not be heard or addressed by Almighty God. You must actively participate in your prayers, and Listen to God!

We talked about the importance of ACTS - Adoration, Confession, Thanksgiving, and Supplication; as well as the role of the Holy Spirit when you approach the throne of grace. This program teaches you How to Get Your Prayers Answered. May God continue to bless your sincere desire to mature grow closer to Him.

When you get to the place in your Spiritual Growth and Maturity where you “Crave,” the Word of God, you will progress and develop exponentially in your relationship with God. What are you currently eating to improve, speed up, enhance, or strengthen your agenda to grow closer to God?

I mean, really now we all have certain Cravings for our physical pleasure. Like the food we enjoy eating for nourishment; the places where we go for entertainment; and of course, the company that we keep for companions and friendship.

I am convinced that the power of God’s Word is the main ingredient that we tend to leave out of the equation. Sure, we attend church regularly, read a scripture here and there, sing our favorite songs, and pray asking God to meet our needs.

But, how often do you allow his “Real food to Feed you?” This show will teach you about God’s delicious meal that is waiting for you everyday. Think about it! What have you been chewing?

He prepares a table before you…(Psalms 23:5)….yet, when will you take advantage of His Delicious Meal? I hope and pray that today is the day you decide to become Healthy versus Hurting.

You never hear much talk about Contentment! Many people don’t seem to get enough or have enough of worldly goods and services. Also, when you reach the place where “all is well,” someone tells you… “That is not Enough!” I believe the societal norms of asking, begging, negotiating, and pleading for more and more tend to make life miserable in disguise.

My mother and many of the elders in my family often said it is important to “Enjoy Life because you can’t take it with you.” And you know what? They were right. None of our worldly possessions will travel with us when the time is up.

In fact, the phrase comes from the Word of God. Here is the direct quote found in 1 Timothy 6:6-8; But godliness with contentment is great gain. For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out. And having food and raiment let us be therewith content.

And, when you jump over to King Solomon’s quote, who by the way DID HAVE EVERYTHING; he says in Ecclesiastes 1:2 …..Vanity of vanities; all is vanity!

Today, as you listen to the program ask yourself, ”Am I Content?” Let your answer guide you into a deeper study by exploring the desire to Learn To Be Content; like the Apostle Paul.

His life and ministry teach us this important lesson that We Need so desperately….Everywhere!! He says, ”……I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, therewith to be content.” (Philippians 4:11).

Learn to Be Content as you pursue Spiritual Growth and Maturity. Be Peaceful. God Bless You!

Whenever I take time to think about my problems, I sometimes wonder who really cares for me. Have you ever thought about who will run to your rescue? When you need the most help? When the answers don‘t seem to come so easily?

Yes, I’m sure that you have had similar thoughts or pondered this question. And when I count the many people and family members who are no longer here, it makes me wonder, Who Cares for Me? They have gone on to glory and the world is so unkind. Yes…Who Really Cares for You?

This program focuses on the One Certain fact that you can depend on: God Cares For You!

Since you are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), relax and realize that God Cares, God Cares For You, and God Will Take Care of You! Cast your cares upon him (1 Peter 5:7).

I am so grateful that God reminded me that, we are never alone, never abandoned, never left for harm, and never rejected. His love and power demonstrates that he Cares for Me and for You.

So, keep getting stronger in your Spiritual Growth and Maturity. God Will Take Care of You!!

If God gave you a road map telling you how to be Blessed, would you follow the instructions? If He laid it out for you step by step, as plain as day, would you walk in the direction to be Blessed? If God said, here is the way to receive your Blessing, would you be eager to move forward?

Psalm 1 is the first Psalm written by King David and it contrasts two types of mankind, two ways or lifestyles and two destinies. The first word is Blessed, Blessed, Blessed….B L E S S E D.

The second word is “is”……. Do you want to know how to be Blessed? I cannot wait to tell you! Just Listen and make the decision to grow deeper and stronger in the Word of God.

This great passage of scripture will touch your heart and soul. I pray that the message from tonight’s show will encourage you to commit this entire Psalm 1 (7 verses) to memory. Meditate on the Word of God during the day and at night.

When you meditate on the Word of God, you’ll always say, “I am truly Blessed.” Be Peaceful.

Do you ever feel like you’re not getting enough food, nourishment, or meat to understand your Christian life? Do you sometimes wish the message would speak directly to your needs, problems, or circumstances? Do sometimes hope that God would open the windows of heaven and pour the blessing right into your weary soul? I am sure that you can respond…..”Yes, Lord. Speak to Me!

It is so important to be properly nurtured and encouraged to grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. The good, healthy, godly habits that you acquire from studying, learning, growing, and applying the Word of God to your life will lead to a Spirit-filled lifestyle.

The outpouring of your Spiritual Growth and Maturity will manifest and lead you to witness, share the Gospel, admonish others, and encourage Believers to walk worthy of the calling. And, God will Bless You! Tremendously…over and over….despite the haters….God will Bless You! I am a Witness!

But first, the nurturing for your personal development must be A Priority for You! When you look around at the condition of the world, many Christians are not being fed to know How to witness, follow the mandates, trust God, spread the good news, testify, etc. It’s sad but true!

Just take a moment and observe the motives and agendas in your own circle of influence. I believe that the Harvest is ripe and plentiful for more people to accept Jesus Christ; especially since the 2020 Pandemic. However, you must be properly nurtured, encouraged, active, purposed, and care enough….to do it!

Today’s Podcast will focus on The Good Shepherd, who nurtures the flock of sheep. Listen closely and carefully to this show and take some notes; because Jesus calls us ……”Sheep.” Be Peaceful.

Too often we rely on words from the preacher, our best friend, close companion, or small group click, rarely take the effort and time to study. Sure, we send up prayers asking for help and comfort. I mean, we are always praying and do all of the talking!

But God has so many answers right there in the Word. Let’s listen……sometime. It is right there!

This show will encourage you to Get busy, get serious, and get a move on improving your study habits. The Word of God is powerful, quick, and revealing.

Happy New Year! It is 2023!

The power of one person can make all the difference in the world! One dedicated person, one smart person, one giving person, or one committed person. Yes, when you search the records and reports, it is usually that one one “special person,” who has made the difference that influenced the lives of other people. And…In a very positive way. The power of one person speaks volumes!

Today’s show will focus on the one main ingredient that makes these “People of Power” stand out from the rest of us. They have the faith and wherewithal to hold onto the true source of power and greatness. That is…the Power of God. (See Philippians 4:13; 1 John 4:4; Psalms 118:6)

I don’t know, but maybe it is You. You might be that special person in your family, community, organization, business, church, or neighborhood. In today’s message Joseph who lived in Potiphar’s house (while in Egypt), helps us to grow closer, believe, and trust God as we grow and mature in our spiritual walk.

You Are A Shining Star! So let your light shine! In fact in Matthew 5:16, the Word of God says “Let your light So Shine before men that they may see your good works and glorify the Father, who is in heaven. Shine, Shine, Shine!

Therefore, I encourage you to start this New Year (2023) out by giving it all you’ve got to witness, testify, give, care, teach, admonish others, spread the good news, and do good works for the sake of Jesus Christ. Your true service will Glorify, honor, and magnify the Father, who is in heaven.

I am convinced that it is “Your TURN, OR Your TIME,” to shine for God. Don’t you worry, do not be afraid, shake loose the doubt, and dismiss all of your fears. This is the exact moment you’ve been waiting for. So, let your light So Shine!

As I stated in 2020 (during the Pandemic), “This is the last chance to live your best life.“ Why not live your life abundantly for Jesus Christ. He gives me so much joy, love, peace, and goodness.

Tonight’s program will motivate you to take control, smile often, press forward, and give it all you’ve got to let your light So Shine! May God give you His wonderful blessings throughout 2023!

The Sword of the Spirit is the Word of God. It is listed in Ephesians 6:10-18, a passage in scripture where the Apostle Paul so eloquently describes the Spiritual Warfare of believers. He encourages us to, “Put on the Whole Armor of God.

I had the distinct honor and privilege to speak (not preach!) about the Sword of the Spirit on December 3, 2022 at the first What Are We Wearing? - Women’s Conference, held in Charlotte, NC. It was a huge, phenomenal, and marvelous success!!!

The event was sponsored by 5 Women of God who are Entrepreneurs, In Ministry, serve Faithfully in our local church community, maintain a Fervent spiritual walk with God, and we are Committed to building up the Kingdom of God.….”Making Disciples!”

The Vision of Ms. Jill Allen (owner of Tresses Amour Salon) came to fruition in an explosive manner!

I am so grateful for the opportunity to participate and explain the power of God’s Holy Word for spiritual growth and maturity.

Enjoy this Podcast and the beautiful singing from my daughter at the End. The women left the Conference equipped and empowered to use The Whole Armor of God to live as strong Christian women during these perilous times.

Hello There! I had a wonderful Thanksgiving and the Women’s Conference in Charlotte, NC on December 3, 2022 was fantastic! More to come about that next week!

Faith can move mountains, Oh faith can open the fountain, Yes faith will help you succeed, Yes faith will supply your every need. Where is your faith in God?

Such a great song. I simply love great gospel songs with depth and so much mearning.

Throughout the Holy Bible there are a number of stories about faith for healing, deliverance, restoration, and casting out of demons. The measure of faith was necessary to demonstrate hope, trust, and belief that a miracle was possible and evident.

It is important to have faith, exercise your faith, increase your faith, and to walk by faith as we grow and mature spiritually.

According to Matthew 17:14-21, If you have faith the size of a Mustard seed, you can move mountains. Believe it and have Faith in God!

When you take time to really think about it, Thanksgiving is every day! In ever situation, good and bad, we must thank God. (See 1 Thessalonians 5:18).

We have so much to thank God for, as well as for the people in our lives. This show will encourage you to begin your celebration of Thanksgiving today, right now….before the turkey and dressing is spread on your dining room table!

Yes, begin to thank God for life, health, strength, and having your right mind. Why wait until the end of the month? Why do you keep asking, begging, and pleading with God for this and that? God knows, he hears, he cares, and he understands.

My challenge this year (for my own personal spiritual growth); was to spend More Time thanking, blessing, worshipping, and praising God, especially in my prayer life.

And, I asked several of my nice, spiritually-minded Christian sisters to join me! Well, they complied and have their own results!!

But, Let me tell you mine. God has answered all of my prayers, for my good. So, Thanksgiving is not just for one special holiday in the year. It is An Attitude of Gratitude throughout the Year!

You don’t know what you are missing until you begin to thank, praise, bless, and worship God. It is such a good habit to do which brings Exceedingly Great Joy! Enjoy this show.

Fear is a torment. If you let it control you, then you will be suffocated, smothered, trapped, and unsure about everything. When you read 1 John 4:18, the contrast between fear and love is evident.

We are living at a time in society where the spirit of fear is taking our breath away……literally. I do mean literally! Can’t you see it? Just look around and observe your environment.

From wearing masks and carrying cleaning sprays, to hearing about the impending wars, inflation, recession, economic downturn, and food shortages. Fear is all around us!

However, nobody talks about the ”Fear of the Lord.” Yet, “Fear Not,“ because today’s show will solve your Fear and move you into Triumphant Faith! Believe it!

Yes, Faith overcomes all of your fear. May God Bless You.

My mother had a phrase that she would say during my adolescent years. ”Regina, take what you have and make what you can out of it.” It was her way of saying, “Stop Complaining,” and keep pressing towards your goals and dreams.

That phrase still resonates in my heart today. She was telling me to “Grow Up.”

Many people hate to grow up. Think about it! It is easier to complain, blame others, resist the need to change, dismiss your faults, be angry and bitter, or even say “I Am Sorry.” And…..mean it!

Today’s discussion will challenge you to do just that….Grow Up! Mature! Advance! Develop! Grow!

When you take time to evaluate your surroundings and ask God, ”Why do you allow things to keep happening to me?” He will probably say, “YOU need to GROW UP! Take time and read 2 Peter 3:18.

The Peace of God is available, but you have to receive it by Growing Up!

Moses asked God a good question, “What shall I say to the Children of Israel when they ask, What is Your Name?” And God told him, “I AM THAT I AM. Tell them that I AM has sent me unto you.” That scripture is found in Exodus 3:13-14.

I AM. That is a statement of power, dominion, authority, certainty, and something I call “Single-Minded“ significance! I AM THAT I AM.

Then, when you fast forward to the New Testament, in the Gospel of John the Deity of Jesus Christ is presented in the first verse as “The WORD.” The scripture is found in St. John 1:1, 2, and 14.

There is a very reason why we can depend on Jesus. He has all power and authority over every concern that we face in life. His earthly ministry healed the wounded hearts of mankind.

This show will focus on the Seven definitive statements of Jesus Christ, where He Declares…I AM…. and No One Else is…!! In other words, JESUS is in a class all by himself.

We are all guilty of taking advantage of the precious time that God gives for us to enjoy and experience his goodness, grace, love, and mercy. He wants to have a closer relationship with you.

That is why I started this Podcast! So many “other things and people,” are demanding, clinging, and consuming your time (and my time). In many cases, your best interest is the ”Last Thing” being considered; while you frantically run here and there to meet the expectations.

In fact, we often abuse our time, waste it on things that really don’t matter, or end up getting trapped by not having enough time to Do what will bring the best outcome or result.

Time is so precious and this show is going to shake you up to and challenge you to make better decisions about how you spend, manage, and use your time.

I have learned that many distractions are man made opportunities to keep you tied to someone else’s agenda, while they bask in glory. Only Glorify God. After all, “It Is Your Time.”

If you had to think about running away from things that can kill your spiritual growth and maturity, would you do it? I mean, really would you run away? Would you move yourself quickly to escape?

Better yet, would you even know the things that God tells us to run away from? And, why he tell us to run, instead of facing up to those challenges? I am so glad that God knows how much we can bear. He knows our weaknesses and frailties. Let me assure you that God knows, he hears, he cares, and he understands your deepest need.

However, the desire to grow closer to Him involves You getting further away from sin. And quite frankly, in some instances you have to make haste and move quickly!

This program will discuss a few topics that we tend to avoid, Lusts, Fornication, and Idolatry. Yes, I know, I know, that these are “hot items,” to explore, but when we dig deeper, the enlightenment is brighter.

You know, we can experience a better outcome and overcome our weaknesses by simply following his command to….”Flee.” Listen and apply the message from today’s show. God bless you!

God is Faithful. We can rely on him for every need, desire, and hope. His mercy is everlasting and his grace is sufficient.

I had a personal discussion with my dear colleague and friend who admitted that his greatest desire at this stage of his life, is “to know The Creator.”

Today you will learn that God can orchestrate every scene in your life to guarantee your safety, peace of mind, well being, and precious future. You must learn to trust Him.

God knows, he hears, he cares, and he understands. God is Faithful.

Great is Thy Faithfulness.

Be Peaceful…is a statement that I heard many years ago when my life was turning upside down! However, I was encouraged to stabilize my life and learn to depend on the Power and Peace of God. No matter what you are dealing with, you need to maintain the Peace of God.

You know, nothing in the world compares to maintaining a peaceful state of mind; having a peaceful attitude, and a peaceful demeanor. Jesus calmed the storm, the winds, and the waves when he said, “Peace Be Still.”

No Jesus, No Peace! Know Jesus, Know Peace! Think about It. Where is your Peace?

There are many Colorful Crosses that represent some form of saving or preserving life. The Catch: You get to make the choice that meets your particular need and desire.

It may be the Cross from a nonprofit organization, special movement, business entity, or socially-conscious mission. Given the options, what color will you choose? You make the decision!

There is only One Cross that really matters and completely satisfies the needs for every man, women, boy, and girl.

Golgotha….Calvary’s Cross. The skull-shaped hill located in ancient Jerusalem where Jesus Christ was crucified.

His death, burial, and resurrection is “The Gospel” and the Cross that saved mankind. Hallelujah! Amen!

If you were made aware of everything that God hates, would you do more to please Him? If it was spelled out to you, would you make the attempt to live according to his mandate?

Let’s explore and review some specific areas that are listed in the Holy Bible. You may be surprised. . We spend many days wandering in mishaps and sin. We fail to realize the detriment to our progress because we don’t know what God Hates. And, we often choose to disregard following His standards.

I’ve heard this phrase repeated over and over again in many sad stories, “If I only knew!” What a shame, “If I only knew.” Wow!!

Wisdom is the ability to discern goodness from evil, and make better decisions. It is the quality of having experience, knowledge, and good judgement. When we rely on our own volition, we often make mistakes and wind up regretting the setbacks.

There is a difference between the “World’s“ wisdom and God’s wisdom. And, the Wisdom of God is peaceable, pure, and full of mercy.

This show will discuss the impact of making use of sound Wisdom, the great results, and expectation for true happiness; when you adopt and follow the prescription.

The heart is the most vital organ of the human body. The condition of your heart can determine your overall, daily functioning. It is no bigger than your fist.

Wow, imagine that!!

Many emotional outbursts can drastically break down the physiological make up of the heart causing it to be susceptible disease.

The Word of God has a lot to say about the Heart. We must take care of our heart in order to “Prevent Heart Failure.”

We often do not realize the impact of our words! In fact, it is hard to tame the tongue and really know when to speak or remain silent. As you grow and mature spiritually, you began to learn the importance and power of your words.

That means what you say, how you say it, and the intention of your heart, when you say it. Many human beings have been verbally abused, or misunderstood because of what has come from another person’s mouth. You rarely hear people talking about it, but what you “Say” is exactly what you ”Get.”

Today’s program will Challenge you and Encourage you to learn the power of your tongue. It will improve your relationship with others and with Almighty God! Be Peaceful.
