Much like the season finale, this episode is a jumbled mess as we struggled not to talk over each other through our three-way skype call. As we grieve Data for a second time, we're left searching for answers to many questions. Like, what was that thing in the hole in the sky? -and- Where's Narek? No, serious. What happened to Narek? Do you know? Did we miss it?

So, we missed posting an episode last week. We're going to let you believe that was a result of the global pandemic crisis. To make up for this lapse, we're posting an extra-thicc, double-sode for you's this week, covering both "Nepenthe" and "Broken Pieces." This is an even jokier, funner episode than usual. One might also notice the slightly different flavor to the audio quality this week as we're all three good little boys and have opted to record this episode from save in our three separate homes. Thus, we were at the mercy of Skype and Comcast's bandwidth to encode our luxurious voices. However, arguably the most shrill and unpleasant voice of the trio, Tom's, was recorded in full FLAC file high definition. So, join us won't you. You have literally no where else to go. Unless you still have to work, in which case, try not to breathe too much.

The lads bask in Jonathan Frakes' triumphant return to outer space. Justin loved all of the character moments, even if they were a bit cringey (Borg ritual my butt!). Frank is compelled by Justin's appreciation and comes around somewhat. Tom was a little put off by some missing Star Trek vibes and some over-flashy cinematography. All the lads liked where this episode points the show, but we're ever puzzled by the cornucopia of accents presented on the show (90% from Santiago Cabrera). Speaking of food, the lads agree that Jeri Ryan remains a feast.
