Steph, Lauren, and Lidia discuss barriers patients face in sharing their symptoms of pain and fatigue with clinicians. Lauren gives tips on how clinicians can better prepare survivors to monitor and manage their symptoms. Lauren also provides tips for survivors dealing with fear and anxiety. The group reflects on the challenges electronic health apps and electronic medical records pose for survivors that face scanxiety. To conclude, Lauren shares her future research aims.</p>

Hil is the Co-Founder and CEO of VivorCare, the first virtual survivorship clinic for survivors of critical illness, starting with cancer.</p>
