Charlie's Home Alone + The Gang Wins The Big Game

The random episode generator aka 'Agent Jack Bauer' spat out Series 13 Episode 9 for this podcast. But this episode runs concurrently with the one before. As they both tell the story (in the same time frame) of the gang's trip to Superbowl LII.

Episode 8 is the story of Charlie left behind in Paddy's while 9 tells the tale of the Gang and assorted other character's trip to the big game.

As ever we discuss out favourite scenes and lines, call out the characters and see if we have any nits to pick.

Tom makes a suggestion for a new Leeds United nickname while we're down a sizeable sport rabbit hole.

Another stand out episode where the gang, the producers and the writers explore in true Sunny fashion the perception of black people in America.

We establish that Tom still rates Cocoa Pops as the number 1 cereal in his rotation. Tom goes 'on one'in a side bar about New Girl.

Although we are only on episode 2, we also flirt with the idea of adding a Simpsons podcast and discuss Paul McCartney's 'W' formula for a successful gig.
