They provided several helpful tips and tricks on note taking on a computer using Microsoft Word or in the body of an email, using the Notes app on the iPhone, AI tools like ChatGPT, Microsoft CoPilot, and Google Gemini, and transcribing Zoom meetings or other audio. They also discussed the accessibility of these tools from the standpoint of a screen reader user.
