Hey, Cryptids! To kick things off, Ann recalls the chilling tale of the Tailypo, a piece of folklore from the Appalachian mountains. Then, in true crime, KC describes the Axeman of New Orleans. In an extended paranormal segment, Ann details the story of the Chain Strangler who killed from beyond the grave, and the girls discuss Elisa Lam and whether or not she was involved with the elevator game (from Episode 1, Tooth-Like Spines). Closing the show with Scarescape’s “weird nature” segment, KC explains seemingly bottomless Jacob’s Well–and those who have died swimming there.

To wrap things up, Ann and KC spin two versions of The Mysterious Axeman’s Jazz.

In Scarescape’s second episode, KC and
Ann uncover the eerie legend of skin-walkers and explore the case of family annihilator Jasmine Richardson and her predatory “boyfriend” Jeremy Steinke. Delving into the paranormal, they touch on the black eyed child of Cannock Chase and black-eyed children
as a whole, and the show concludes with the infamous “Bloop,” a sound that lead scientists to believe that something unheard of lurked in the ocean depths. We apologize for the late release. As new podcasters, it took us some time to navigate the technical
