<p>Welcome to another episode of The Healthy Golf Podcast.  This week is a short and solo episode all about clubhead speed.  I know the episode title doesn't sound like it would make sense.  Slow down to speed up..?  But please listen to the episode to learn why that it make a ton of sense.  </p>

Those theories include breaking up scar tissue and adhesions.  However, what's actually happening is that you're changing the input to your brain.</p>
