All aboard! Welcome to Smokestack Express, the ultimate smoked meats experience! Their drive-up, take out smokehouses attached to Cowboy Jacks on the southeast corner of Cedar Avenue and County Road 42 in Apple Valley! A whole lot goes into smoking meats! It's not as simple as throwing a steak on the grill. They start with premium cuts of meat, prepare them with their "secret" rubs and sauces, and smoke them at low, steady temperatures for up to 16 hours. Just place your order and grab an incredible meal to go.

Matt and Torrey were treated to some slow smoked brisket and pulled pork, absolutely delicious. With a super tender texture and a tasty smoke this restaurant is something special.
