Hanna had a winding path to become a Human-Centered Design Lead in the Customer Innovation and Transformation Team at one of the world’s largest satellite operating companies. She talks about Human-Centered Design, inspiring mentors she’s had along the way, and how she told her parents she was going to drop the idea of a Pre-Med track to study Studio Art. She has found her ideal job - innovating, changing and transforming lives. She is passionate about what she does and cannot imagine doing anything else.
