Hey, everybody, this is Desiree Renee from Learning Blind Tech with Desiree Renee. I wanted to take a moment to share with you a project podcast that my husband, Jonathan Simeone is doing and has been doing for a few years now. It's called Demand Our Access. So head on over to DemandOurAccess.com and check out his website and you can also find the podcast by searching for Demand Our Access in your podcatcher. Or you can catch him on the first and third Saturdays at 2pm Eastern on ACB Media 5. Let's all work together and demand our access.

01:46.280 --> 04:13.300
Hi everybody, and welcome to Learning Blind Tech with Desiree Renee. That's me, Desiree Renee. So how is everybody? Hopefully everybody's doing well. I know it's been a while. I have had some really nasty computer issues, so it's been a while since I've been able to record and post. But here we are. Today, I wanted to focus on the Braille Sense six and a couple of aspects that I think are worth talking about and showing you. Now, if you have a Braille Sense six, you know that there has been an update in the last couple of months, and that update changed the whole layout and menu structure sort of of the Braille sense. So you have things classified in different areas than they were before. There's also been some internal updates. So some of the apps and onboard email, client and web browser work differently. So I won't say better all the time, but definitely differently. Some things are better, some things are a little bit buggy still. But one of the things that we've been using a lot. My husband actually also has a braille sense 6 and we have been using tools in the organizer menu. The first tool we used was the to do list, and we really liked that just to kind of keep track of things, be able to Complete them and just have them in progress, put notes on them. There's all kinds of features and options from the to do list. We also have been working a bit with the Schedule Manager. That's basically if you log into your Google Calendar, you can access and add and edit events and different things on your calendar. So we've been playing a little bit with that. And also I have been working with the Database manager to create some different types of tables it calls it, or databases to keep track of work tasks or passwords or anything like that. So with that said, I want to briefly go through all three of those options in the Organizer menu and you can kind of see how it works. So I'm starting off on my braille sense at the File Manager.

04:13.380 --> 04:16.180
File Manager F I'm going to press.

04:16.180 --> 04:28.890
O for Organizer, Schedule Manager S and Schedule Manager is the first thing that comes up. So I want to show you the to do list first, since that's the order we talked about. So let's go to the to do list.

04:29.130 --> 04:34.930
I'm going to arrow down Database Manager D To do list L. Okay, and.

04:34.930 --> 04:38.050
I'm going to press Enter Tasks.

04:38.050 --> 04:43.370
Obtain SIM card number from work phone due Sunday, January 4, 2020 06:15 list.

04:43.370 --> 05:02.440
Item okay, so this is my to do list that I have created tasks that I want to do. So if I want to move up and down through these tasks, I would just use either my left and right arrows or my dot four space and dot one space. So if I go dot four space now.

05:03.000 --> 05:18.300
Call Doc about prescriptions due Tuesday, December 16th, 2000 in progress. Call Alaska about kids tickets from Texas November 29th fix link payment info Due Friday Order cat or from Amazon due Thursday, October 9, 2020555 list item okay.

05:18.300 --> 05:50.320
So those are all five of my tasks that I have now. Now in order to kind of see details or change them when I am on one of these options like this one, let's say the order cat door. I'm going to use the tab key. You can use F3 or you can press space with dots4.5 new task enter n dialogue button. So that's what you would press if you wanted a new task. Enter N is keyboard shortcut for that Modify task.

05:50.320 --> 05:51.840
Enter m dialog button.

05:51.920 --> 05:57.680
Enter M so I can modify the task and again enter M would be.

05:57.680 --> 06:01.360
The shortcut for that Delete task space D button.

06:01.360 --> 06:02.400
Or I can delete it.

06:02.960 --> 06:10.080
Archive task backspace A button I can archive it. Mark as in progress Backspace P button.

06:10.320 --> 06:11.600
Mark it as in progress.

06:12.160 --> 06:22.300
Mark as completed Backspace C Button Completed tasks Order cat door from Amazon. Okay, and then I'm back to the task list here.

06:22.860 --> 06:30.260
So let's say I want to modify it. So I'm going to press M with.

06:30.260 --> 06:36.460
Enter modify task dialog title, order cat or From Amazon edit box.

06:37.260 --> 06:48.060
Okay, let's say I want to change that. So I'm going to move my cursor into this edit field here. Let's just change the wording here. Let's see.

06:49.180 --> 06:51.580
Space, T, A C space.

06:51.660 --> 06:55.980
Order door for cats. Okay.

06:56.460 --> 06:58.220
Order door for cats from Amazon.

06:58.460 --> 07:01.500
Okay, so I've changed it now I would tab here.

07:02.060 --> 07:04.060
Description, multi line edit box.

07:04.780 --> 07:09.260
And this is a description. So you can be a little more detailed here if you wanted to.

07:09.580 --> 07:13.590
Due date Thursday, October 9, 2025 Edit combo box.

07:13.990 --> 07:46.040
Now that's the due date. That's a little past now. So I need to change that. Now when you're in a combo box like this, you can either type in the day. So if I type in 11 November slash and the slash is the ST sign or dots 34, let's set it for the 14th and then slash 14 day and then the year 2025 and.

07:46.040 --> 07:54.000
Then tab reminder 919 combo box. Due date Friday, November 14, 2025 edit combo box.

07:54.160 --> 08:11.200
Okay, so that's one way to enter the due date. Now if you want to actually not have to type it in, you can move through using different keystrokes. So if you want to move by day, four words a day is dot six with space.

08:12.000 --> 08:15.440
Saturday, November 15, 2025 edit combo box.

08:15.520 --> 08:17.840
Backwards a day is dot three with space.

08:18.480 --> 08:22.000
Friday, November 14, 2025 edit combo box.

08:22.240 --> 08:27.040
Now if I want to go by a week, if I go forward, it's dot five with space.

08:27.600 --> 08:32.000
Friday, November 21, 2025, 47 weeks edit combo box.

08:32.000 --> 08:34.600
And back a week is dot two with space.

08:35.080 --> 08:39.400
Friday, November 14, 202546 weeks edit combo box.

08:39.480 --> 08:44.440
Okay, now let's say I want to go a month. So that would be dot four with space.

08:45.000 --> 08:48.520
Sunday, December 14, 2025 Edit combo box.

08:48.840 --> 09:05.370
Now this sometimes happens to me. I forget that that actually will move me a month. And if I'm trying to list different things or do different things, if you're in that edit combo box, that's what dot4 will do. And then backwards with dot1 and space.

09:05.770 --> 09:09.290
Friday, November 14, 2025 Edit combo box.

09:09.450 --> 09:11.250
Okay, so now I'm going to press.

09:11.250 --> 09:14.290
Tab reminder 919 combo box.

09:14.290 --> 09:18.130
I can set a reminder so I can go through the list of reminders here.

09:18.130 --> 09:32.370
With dot4 one day before 2.9Combo box 2 days before 3 9. Com 3 days before 494 days before 5 9Combo box 2 weeks before 9 9Combo box okay, so and I used.

09:32.370 --> 09:40.930
You know, standard navigation commands. Dots 1, 2, 3 with space to go to the top of the list. Dots 4, 5, 6 with space to go to the end.

09:41.330 --> 09:45.329
Now let's tab Current status not started 1.3Combo box.

09:45.329 --> 09:52.450
Okay, and here's a combo box with the statuses. So I haven't started it, but if I go down with dot 4 and.

09:52.450 --> 09:54.026
Space in progress 2.

09:54.074 --> 09:55.770
3 combo box I can change it.

09:55.770 --> 09:58.690
To completed 3 combos in progress or completed.

09:59.170 --> 10:03.470
I'm going to leave it at not started because I haven't done it yet.

10:03.550 --> 10:07.510
And then I'm going to tab priority none one. Four combo box.

10:07.510 --> 10:12.750
Now you can set a priority for it. So dot four and space will take you forward through the list.

10:13.070 --> 10:17.630
Low two four combo box Medium three four combo High four four combo box.

10:18.190 --> 10:21.550
Let's put it at a medium priority. So then I would do one with.

10:21.550 --> 10:28.070
Space medium 34 combo box. Okay, and tab add attachment enter I dialog button.

10:28.070 --> 10:41.370
Now you can add an attachment. So if you have a voice memo about it or some notes about it or a file, you can actually add an attachment here. So if I Press Enter, type memo.

10:41.370 --> 10:54.530
1.6Combo box I can add a memo.url266 URL file folder 3.6combo box file folder Contact 4.6Current location 5.6Combo box Calendar appointment 66 combo box.

10:54.850 --> 11:06.640
So if I wanted to add a calendar appointment for that due date, I could do that. And then it would come up on my schedule manager as well as my to do list. I'm going to exit out of that.

11:06.640 --> 11:13.800
List with e and space, add attachment, enter I dialog button and then tab save button.

11:14.280 --> 11:17.600
And I'm going to save it. So I'm going to press enter, successfully.

11:17.600 --> 11:25.400
Modify task obtain SIM card number from work phone to Sunday, January 4, 2026 1.5list item and then it went back.

11:25.400 --> 11:35.060
Up to the top of my list. Now you can change the way you want to sort these. So if I'm in this task list and I do M with space search.

11:35.060 --> 11:37.580
Tasks f dialogue space f menu item.

11:37.580 --> 11:40.900
I can search for a task and I'm going to do dot foreign space.

11:41.140 --> 11:43.900
Show archive list a alt a menu item.

11:43.900 --> 11:50.180
If I want to show the archived list, which I don't actually have one right now. So I'm going to do dot foreign space again.

11:50.500 --> 12:03.700
Backup to do list u enter u menu item restore to do List R dialog Enter R menu item Set backup options E dialog Entering menu item Options O dialog backspace O menu item.

12:03.780 --> 12:11.460
Now here is where I would change the sort order. So let me press enter on options options dialog.

12:11.780 --> 12:13.980
Sort task by due date 3,4 list.

12:13.980 --> 12:16.180
Item so I can sort it by due date.

12:16.660 --> 12:21.940
Last modified 2, 4 list item Last modified title 1 for list item title.

12:21.940 --> 12:24.180
So it'd be like alphabetical and then.

12:24.670 --> 12:26.350
Priority four four list priority.

12:26.590 --> 12:28.070
I'm going to sort it by Last.

12:28.070 --> 12:36.510
Modified due date 3, 4Last modified 2, 4 list item and I'm going to press descending to to list.

12:36.510 --> 12:47.710
Now you can change the direction descending or ascending so I can start the top by the most recently modified or I can have it switched. I'm going to leave it the way it is.

12:48.110 --> 12:59.830
Display due date onto three list item display the due date display date last modified off one two list item calendar to add task anniversary Braille send six 160 list item.

12:59.830 --> 13:14.550
Okay, now if I want to add this to my calendar, let's say I'm going to go down to the very bottom because I know that that's where the calendar that I have used here and we'll cover that when we do a schedule manager. But I'm going to do four five.

13:14.550 --> 13:28.070
Six space holidays in United States dcginy gmail.com and then I'm going to go up, select the dcgmail.com 5960 list item confirm button and confirm sorting task by last modified.

13:28.470 --> 13:48.350
So now I have them sorted the way I want and I have the calendar selected. So if I want to add some of these tasks to my Google Calendar, I can do that and then access them on my computer or my phone or whatever I'm using. So now how do you add a new task? Well, let's do enter and N for.

13:48.350 --> 13:51.980
New task, new task dialog title edit.

13:51.980 --> 14:02.060

14:02.620 --> 14:06.340
Okay, I'm going to tab description multiline edit box.

14:06.340 --> 14:07.820
All right, we don't need a description.

14:08.300 --> 14:12.180
Due Date Thursday November 6, 2025 Edit combo box.

14:12.180 --> 14:17.720

14:36.360 --> 14:38.680

14:39.000 --> 14:51.240
Add attachment Enter I dialog button Save button and I'm gonna save it successfully. Add Task Edit Learning Blind Tech Podcast hi due Friday, November 7, 2020516 list.

14:51.240 --> 15:12.850
Item now I have 6 tasks and my last modified one was the one I just created and that's at the top. So that's basically the to do list. Now I want to show you the Schedule manager. So I'm going to hit Z with space to exit out of here. Backup changes and it's going to ask me to backup. Yes, I want to back it up.

15:13.570 --> 15:18.890
Backup complete. Schedule Manager Schedule Manager S okay, now.

15:18.890 --> 15:25.650
I'm back in the main menu. So that's the schedule manager, which is at the very top. So we want to cover that. So I'm going to press enter here.

15:26.050 --> 15:31.970
Solar Calendar 1 Events Thursday, November 6, 2025 Edit Combo Box so it starts.

15:31.970 --> 15:38.060

17:16.580 --> 17:27.860

17:28.540 --> 17:39.740
Add appointment. I search appointment Delete all appointments Calendar settings X I'm going to go into calendar settings here. Settings dialog Calendar to add appointment dcgmail.com55comboo.

17:39.740 --> 17:59.860
Box okay, so these are the calendar settings and this is where I have five Google accounts logged into this this machine. So unfortunately that means I have a bunch of different calendars. So this is where you would say I want to add it to this calendar under this Google account. So I've got the right one selected.

17:59.860 --> 18:05.340
I'm going to tab calendar to show appointments anniversary braille sense 6160 list item.

18:05.340 --> 18:13.580
Now I have 60 items. I only have one selected and it's tricky because it always starts you at the very top.

18:13.740 --> 18:17.540
Anniversary Braille sense anniversary braille sense 6160.

18:17.540 --> 18:20.980

18:32.640 --> 18:43.040
Dot foreign space appointment WWAW Anderson Holiday tester Holiday weekends Holidays in the United States dcginie gmail.com 6060 list item so.

18:43.040 --> 18:50.560
I went to the very bottom because I have a lot of calendars that are attached to all these Google accounts. But the one that I have selected.

18:50.720 --> 18:55.420
Select the dcgmail.com 5960 list it my main calendar.

18:55.740 --> 18:56.780

18:56.940 --> 19:00.540
Now I want to tab calendar type Solar radio button.

Okay, so then when I go back out and come in, it comes up by default search subject. So let's say I want to know when the learning blind tech is. I'm going to type it in Learning blind tech and I'm going to press.

19:53.820 --> 20:03.860
Enter Search Appointments Dialog recurring schedule Friday, November 7, 2020 05:12 00:00pm learning blind tech one two list item okay, so.

20:13.420 --> 20:51.790
List and every third Friday. And I can see the details of either one of those by pressing enter. So that's basically how the calendar works. It's a little bit tricky to get it set up. We had some issues because I have so many Google calendars you probably won't have the same issues. But just make sure that whatever calendar you don't want to see is not selected. So otherwise it will show you everything on all the calendars. So you just have to go through and only select the ones you want to see events from. And then you have to choose the calendar you want to add them to whenever you add an event. So let's add an event. Let's try that one.

20:51.790 --> 20:54.910

Now the other option you have is typing. And what I will tell you is that if you want PM, it's easier to type it in 24 hour time. So let's say I want to start at 5:00pm so I'm going to type 17 and a colon. And I'm in grade two. So the colon is dots 25, 17 hours and 00. And then I'm going to press tab.

22:45.150 --> 22:49.150
End date Saturday, November 8, 2025 Edit combo box.

22:49.470 --> 22:53.950

22:54.030 --> 22:56.590
05 00pm Edit combo box.

22:56.750 --> 22:58.350

Let's go here. Saturday, 05 00pm Edit combo box.

23:02.710 --> 23:04.600
And let's put it two hours later.

23:10.840 --> 23:14.840
Now this is going to be ACB karaoke.

23:16.040 --> 23:19.959
Okay, I'm going to tab again location edit box.

23:20.520 --> 23:24.600
I don't have to put a location, but I can ACB media.

23:24.760 --> 23:32.840
I'll just put memo multi line edit box. I don't need a memo alarm, time alarm or an alarm Set recurring appointment checkbox unchecked.

23:32.840 --> 23:38.740
Now if I want this to recur because karaoke happens once a week at the same time. So I'm going to check this with.

23:38.740 --> 23:45.060
Space bar set recurring appointment checkbox checked and Tap recurrence daily 1, 4 combo box.

23:45.060 --> 23:46.020
Now here are my choices.

23:46.020 --> 23:55.020
I have daily weekly 2, 4 combo monthly, monthly, yearly. Let's put weekly box recurring weekly interval one week, set it box.

23:55.020 --> 24:04.230
Okay, you can set your interval here. So every other week, every two weeks, every three weeks, whatever you want to set here. I'm just going to do every one week.

24:04.710 --> 24:12.870
Sunday one, seven list item. I don't want Sunday Monday two, seven, Tuesday Fridays selected Saturday seven seven list item.

24:12.870 --> 24:13.110
Okay.

24:13.110 --> 24:17.030
And Saturday is selected Set recurrence end date checkbox unchecked.

24:17.110 --> 24:24.910
I'm not going to set the end date. If I wanted to, I could set an end date for that recurrence to end. But I'm not going to confirm button.

24:24.910 --> 24:29.850
And I'm going to confirm it successfully. Added appointment backup changes. Yes.

24:29.850 --> 24:31.290
Prompt button. And I'm going to back it up.

24:31.290 --> 24:38.770
Backing up data backup complete. Schedule manager S. And there you have it.

24:38.770 --> 25:05.550
You have that is the schedule manager and I have my calendar added. And then you can change whether you want it to check your schedule. So here's the thing. You can have it check today's schedule when you turn it on. The problem with that is it does it every single time you turn it on. So I may not want that. And you can do that in the Options menu. If you go to Options rail options.

25:05.550 --> 25:13.790
B General voice options V General options O press enter main volume V15 list item.

25:13.790 --> 25:15.470
I'm going to do C for or.

25:15.470 --> 25:22.790
S for check schedule announce, shortcut keys, spell checker, language check today's schedule S off list item And I have it.

25:22.790 --> 25:43.530
Off because I don't really want it to do it every time. Even if I just put the unit to a brief sleep or whatever, the screen lock, every time I turn it on, it opens that and I don't want to see that. So I have it turned off. But you can turn it on here so that it will check your schedule every day and let you know what events you have on that day.

25:43.610 --> 25:53.540
So confirm button, cancel setting options, general options. Oh, and I'm going to organize our Z with space schedule manager S and.

25:53.540 --> 26:05.180
I'm back now in the organizer. So that's the schedule manager. Now I want to show you the last thing and that's the database or table manager. So I'm going to go down database.

26:05.180 --> 26:11.140
Manager D. I'm going to press enter Search work tasks Name of task edit box.

26:11.940 --> 26:25.320
Okay. Now the first thing that comes up is search work tasks. Now I have already created two databases and you can see the ones that you have created if you shift tab or F2 or B with space table.

26:25.320 --> 26:27.440
Name work tasks 1, 2 list item.

26:27.440 --> 26:28.640
And I can change that.

26:28.800 --> 26:31.200
Editing podcast materials 22 list item.

26:31.600 --> 26:37.080
So these are two databases that I've created. Now if I want to tab from here.

26:37.080 --> 26:40.560
Search Editing podcast materials Podcast edit box.

26:41.680 --> 26:55.900
Now, it searched it. It didn't really find anything right now because when I complete it, I just delete it. So let's put learning. I'm adding this here. Blind tech. Okay.

26:55.900 --> 27:00.820
And tab date to start Thursday, November 6, 2025 edit combo box.

27:00.820 --> 27:01.460
That's fine.

27:01.620 --> 27:13.980
Due date Saturday, September 11, 174 edit combo box. Nope. Thursday, October 30 to Thursday, November 6, 2025 Friday, November 7, 2025 edit combo box.

27:13.980 --> 27:25.020
Now again, I could have typed in the date or I can move it with the dots 3 and 6 for the day, dots 2 and 5 for the week, and dot 1 and 4 for the month.

27:25.580 --> 27:28.140
Any notes or comments Multi line edit box.

27:28.460 --> 27:36.340
Okay, Recording now needs editing and then.

27:36.340 --> 27:40.500
I will Recording now needs editing. Done. Done. Checkbox unchecked.

27:40.500 --> 27:51.460
It's not done blank. So this blank area is where I would add some comments. So I would put recording or recorded.

27:51.460 --> 27:53.900
Ing needs editing.

27:54.380 --> 27:56.780
Okay, then I'm going to tab Recorded.

27:56.780 --> 27:59.100
Needs editing. Done. Done. Checkbox unchecked.

27:59.100 --> 28:02.700
It's not done confirm button. So I'm going to confirm it to save it.

28:03.020 --> 28:09.500
Successfully inserted. Searching one records found Podcast learning Blind tech one one list item.

28:09.660 --> 28:42.460
So there's the task that I created in my podcast. Table. Now you can have all of your passwords saved. It says you can import from a CSV. I don't know that I would recommend that because it doesn't do it super great from Excel, but you could try it. Or you can manually type your passwords in. Just know that when you're typing symbols and different things, it's easier to use computer braille. So now let me show you how to create a table or database.

28:42.850 --> 28:45.890
Table name Editing podcast materials. Two to list item.

28:46.210 --> 28:48.210
Okay, so I'm back in my tables.

28:48.290 --> 28:53.170
Now I'm going to do M F Table Manager T dialog. Enter t menu item.

28:53.170 --> 28:55.490
Okay, and then there's Table Manager.

28:55.570 --> 29:06.330
Create new table from CSV Create new from CSV Exit or exit Table Manager. Let's go to table manager Table manager dialog table name work tasks.

29:06.330 --> 29:06.490

29:06.490 --> 29:09.300
To list item add table Enter a new.

29:09.300 --> 29:10.820
Now if I tab, I can add.

29:10.820 --> 29:14.060
A new table dialog table name edit box.

29:14.780 --> 29:23.940
And let's just go through these fields real quick. So this is how you add your database. So let's say I want to do something for passwords, okay?

29:23.940 --> 29:29.660
And I'm going to tab field no items list item add field enter I dialog button.

29:29.820 --> 29:34.500
Okay, so I want to add a field here. So I'm going to press enter add.

29:34.500 --> 29:37.020
Field dialog field name edit box.

29:37.020 --> 29:44.900
The very first thing I want to see in this database under the field is going to be the name of it. So I've got name name.

29:45.380 --> 29:51.060
Okay, press enter new field added field name edit box one one list item.

29:51.060 --> 29:52.740
Okay, now I can add another field.

29:52.820 --> 29:59.180
Enter I add field dialog field name edit box Field type edit box 17 combo box.

29:59.180 --> 30:09.110
Okay, so let's now add username. So I'm going to type in user name. Now I'm going to tab field type.

30:09.110 --> 30:10.190
Edit box 1 7.

30:10.270 --> 30:14.670
Now I do want it to be an edit box, but let's go down the list and see what our choices are.

30:14.990 --> 30:19.630
Number two seven combo box Number Computer edit box three seven computer.

30:19.630 --> 30:23.950
And this is what you would use when you do the password Multi line.

30:23.950 --> 30:25.630
Edit box four seven combo box.

30:25.630 --> 30:27.540
You can have notes date five.

Seven combo box or a date time six seven combo box Checkbox seven seven.

30:32.300 --> 30:35.060

To edit box edit box 1, 7 combo box set primary key checkbox Unchecked.

30:40.020 --> 30:47.420
You can set a primary key. So it would basically show you that field first. But you don't have to confirm button.

30:47.420 --> 30:52.140
I can Confirm it field username edit box 22 list item.

30:52.140 --> 30:55.340
Okay, so you get the picture. So these are my fields.

30:55.340 --> 31:17.100
I have Name Edit Box 1, 2Last Username Edit Box 2. Add field. Now let's add Add field dialog Field name password field type edit box 1, 7. I'm going to do computer computer edit box 37 combo box set primary key Checkbox Confirm button. Confirm new field Added field password computer edit box 33 list item.

31:17.260 --> 31:24.450
Okay, let's say I want to add the URL that's probably going to be computer as well. So I'm going to add field add.

31:24.450 --> 31:30.890
Field and add field dialog. Field name edit box, URL or site.

31:31.850 --> 31:32.490

31:33.050 --> 31:43.450
Field type Edit box 1. Computer Edit box Computer set Primary key Checkbox Confirm button. Confirm new field Added field URL or site Computer edit box four four list item.

31:43.450 --> 31:48.760
Okay, now let's say I want to add the phone number, if there is one. So I'm going to do it again.

31:48.840 --> 31:55.600

31:55.600 --> 31:57.920

Key Checkbox Confirm button. Confirm new field Added field Phone number number five five list item.

32:03.800 --> 32:15.400
Okay, so now I've got five fields so far. So you kind of get the idea of how you would create this. Now I can put notes about it, which actually I think I will do. So let's add another field.

32:15.640 --> 32:18.330
Add field dialog Field name Edit box.

32:18.330 --> 32:20.250

32:40.050 --> 32:45.850
So if you decided you want to modify one of the fields that you've created, you can change the type or the name of it.

32:46.500 --> 32:58.900
Delete field, you can delete it button. Previous field Enter P button Previous Next field Enter N button Confirm button. Now I'm going to confirm successfully added table password 33 list item.

32:58.900 --> 33:00.980
Okay, so there's the table I added.

33:01.380 --> 33:07.780
Search passwords name edit box. Now I can search it, searching no records found.

33:07.780 --> 33:51.860
But there's no records found. So in this case, what I would need to do is insert new record. And I would put the name of the web thing or account or whatever, and the username, the password, the phone number, and any notes I have. So I've created that database so I can go back now and look up some of my passwords and save them here. And that comes in handy. You just never know when you might need to see your passwords in braille and be able to access them from something that's not necessarily hooked to a computer or whatever. You can also export that list into a CSV file as well. Now let's press Z with space Backup.

33:51.860 --> 33:59.420
Changes Yes Prompt button and I'm going to backup changes. Backup completed. Database Manager D Now I'm back at.

33:59.420 --> 35:11.480
The main menu for the organizer. So that's basically how to use these tools within the organizer on the braille sense 6. There's a lot of other things you can try and do and experiment and sometimes if you forget, you can always get context specific help with H and space when you're inside of something and then it'll give you the keyboard shortcuts to do different things. I really find this very handy. I think I'll be using all three of these features a lot and hopefully you found this helpful too.
