But then the character we see in this shot turns out she's not a cop. We find out more about her later. So back in school, someone raises their hand and says, the test isn't fair. I don't get it. And Yuki is like, getting cocky. Like, he's like dumb kids. 13:54.170 --> 13:59.180 He's also just got his phone out. Like the entire this teacher sucks. And then gothi comes in, and she seems to know what's going on. And she's like, your phone says you got a dead end. So he runs because he's like, oh, shit. She's the one that's going to kill me. And as he runs, the future on his phone changes. But she follows him everywhere he goes. She's already there. And then her diary, she calls it the diary of future love. And as they're going up in this elevator, it has windows, and she sees the serial killer outside, and she says he's a diary user, too. He is known as third. So that's when she explains the thing about her diary, keeping tabs on yuki. And she talks about how everyone with a future diary is in a survival game. It's a last man standing game. And third wants to eliminate yuki. So they end up on the roof, and he's like, well, there's nowhere to escape. Why are we here? And she's like, we can watch the sunset. But she says she has a plan and that he can use his dots. yay. Anyway, you want to get something to eat? Anyway, so she's chilling. Yuki is back with deus, asking him about the other users, and he tells him to calm down and that he's the first victor. So he's transported to a space with all of the other users. They're all like, shrouded in shadow. He can't see their faces, and they commend him for killing someone off. So, rule time. Deus explains that their diaries show the future up to 90 days. Someone like, raises their hand, is like, hey, my diary has changed. And deus is like, yeah, most well, this is weird. He he kind of implies that nothing is set in stone. He's like, if you guys do something that your diary doesn't say, it'll change. 18:49.610 --> 19:00.250 I want to underline this point, just making it clear that the show is like, yeah, the future you're going to impact. So she goes off the gym class, and then he, Yuki, is left alone in the classroom, and some weird pastel goth lolita girl shows up and like, hey, yo, what's up? where's the faculty lounge? I got to talk about this missing teacher because, you know, he's the killer. I was like, oh, okay. I guess this is normal for school. uni locker room. Get changed. And we see her phone, like, vibrate. Basically being like, the future has changed. Yuki's future. And we come back to the classroom with Yuki and this girl, and she's like, oh, yeah, the teacher, he was third. He was the serial killer. I was trying to kill you. You first. Are these numbers important? So they're kind of on their own for the most part. And Yuki's diary keeps changing all the time, and because he keeps a record of everything he sees and gives them warnings about knife now that he's encountered her. So it's kind of giving a warning of what knife is doing at that moment, and where are the bombs she put? So they're able to avoid all the bombs, and as they keep avoiding some of them, they kind of get caught off guard by a few and barely avoid them. And he knows, like, hey, instead of focusing on where the bombs are, why don't you focus on what your reaction to the bomb is? That way, you know, it's like, ah, this bomb clipped me, or, like, burnt my hand. We can get further away from it. And that's when they realized Yuki's phone future diary is more like he never wrote about himself because he was the one observing it. So he just wrote about everything else. So it doesn't go into great detail about him. That's why uno's Phone is helpful, because it's just about Yuki. So combined, they have a bigger picture of what's going on with huuki, because he's a protagonist and he's a very special boy. He tells his assistant, like, nah, we can't run in there because 9th, the woman who's setting up all the bombs, has, like, a dead man switch trigger to her heart. So if she dies, all the bombs go off at once, so we can't take her out right away. And we see he's looking at his phone when he finds that information. And then sneaking around the school, we see Yuki sees one of his classmates, one of the guys he ran into the other day. And Yuki gets dragged out in front of the school where 9th just starts monologuing at them, basically being like, here's why I'm going to kill you, kid.
