Hey everyone, it's Michael here. And sometimes you might hear that there are messages available for you in jaws. If you press JAWS key space, which activates your layered keyboard command, and then a capital M or Shift M, this will bring you into the Message Center. Once you access the Message center, you can up and down arrow through the list of available messages, and if you want to hear more about that message, simply tap your Enter key and this will bring you to a Read only edit field where you can utilize your arrow keys to navigate the message and read it to its fullest. If you'd like to, tap your escape key to return back to the message list and then tap the Delete key or tab to delete in order to delete the message, tabbing through this dialog will also give you an opportunity to access the settings, and in settings you can configure what messages are available to you. So in summary, to explore the Message center, when Jaws tells you you have a new message, type JAWS key space. Wait for the click. Shouldn't take very long. Then tap Shift M to access the Message Center. Want more tips like this?
